By purchasing products from CASESLIT, you agree to the terms outlined below.


1. Limited Warranty Coverage

CASESLIT provides a 365-Day Limited Warranty from the date the order is delivered to the customer.

This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship under normal use conditions.


2. Warranty Benefits


0–90 Days After Delivery

Eligible products may qualify for:

  • Free replacement, or
  • Full refund

91–180 Days After Delivery

Eligible products may qualify for:

  • Free replacement, or
  • 50% refund of the original purchase price

181–365 Days After Delivery

Eligible products may qualify for:

  • Free replacement, or
  • 30% refund of the original purchase price

The final resolution will be determined by CASESLIT after reviewing the warranty claim.


3. What Is Covered

This warranty may cover:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Material defects
  • Product failures occurring under normal intended use
  • Defects present upon delivery but discovered later








4. What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Cosmetic damage
  • Scratches, dents, or discoloration from regular use
  • Damage caused by misuse or negligence
  • Accidental damage
  • Water or liquid damage unless specifically advertised as waterproof
  • Improper installation
  • Unauthorized modifications or repairs
  • Damage caused by third-party products
  • Lost or stolen items


5. Warranty Claim Process

Additional information may be requested to evaluate the claim.


6. Claim Review

All warranty claims are reviewed individually.

CASESLIT reserves the right to:

  • Approve a claim
  • Deny a claim
  • Request additional documentation
  • Offer a replacement, refund, or store credit

Claim approval is at the sole discretion of CASESLIT based on the information provided.


7. Replacement Products

If a replacement is approved:

  • The same product may be provided when available.
  • If unavailable, a similar product of equal value may be offered.
  • Replacement products do not extend or restart the original warranty period.


8. Shipping Costs for Warranty Claims

CASESLIT may determine, at its discretion, whether return shipping is required.

When approved, customers may be asked to return the product before a replacement or refund is issued.

Shipping fees paid during the original purchase are generally non-refundable.


9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CASESLIT's liability under this warranty shall be limited to:

  • Product replacement,
  • Store credit, or
  • Refund as outlined in this policy.

CASESLIT shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use a product.


10. Policy Updates

CASESLIT reserves the right to modify this Warranty Policy at any time without prior notice.

Any updates become effective immediately upon publication on our website.
